Finally ran our first SoD raid this morning. All our Scouts and Tanks had hit rates for combat arts in the 80-90% hit range due to mobs dodging these attacks. . Having spoken with others, increasing accuracy and strike-through have no effect on improving the hit rates.
Also, several profession combat arts dealt piercing or crushing damage rather than heat damage with Flames of Yore running. The dodged attacks seem to coincide with attacks that ignored the Flames of Yore damage changer
