Mass Production AA and Gathering Goblin

I had stopped playing for a few years and now I am back. Prior to quitting, my Provisioner had the Mass Production AA. When I came back, I can no longer do any mass production. I tried resetting my tree and also included the Gathering Goblin. Neither of them are working? Anyone know why? Did something change while I was away?

Character Informaton:
Class level 50
Provisioner level 70
I have an active membership.

both those AAs are a Tradeskill Prestige AAs, you cannot have them if your crafting is below 90, since you start earning prestige AA starting at level 90.

Did you by chance reset your crafting profession? Are you sure you are remembering correctly the character who had those AAs back then?

If you remember seeing them on your AA window, this might be the case of preset builds such as Basic Levelling Profile - Solo.
Do you remember actually using those AAs?

Yes. This is the correct character and I do remember using the Mass Production but I do not recall ever using the Gathering Goblin. Based on your previous response, when I get her to level 90, I'll see if they become active

aha! so when you ding lvl 90 crafter you will start earning prestige AA points. You will get 1 prestige point for every 20% of crafting experience.
So the points will not all become available as soon as you level up to 90, it will take time. Between 90 and 95 you will get a point every 20%.

I still recommend looking at your AA profile, and if you see this Basic server levelling ( in Alternate Advancement tab there's a drop down menu showing this or any other named profile you are currently using) switch to NEW or Personal unused, commit to that and then start spending the points you currently have earned.
