Fizzgiggle HoF times given from log are in aussie est. Considering the cost of the kept record it not giving me loot twice is pretty rich.

Had this happen a couple times when the GU first launched. Sometimes doing /accept_reward worked, but not every time.

Have also seen this happen -- on that occasion getting that group member to evac just themself got the loot window to popup for them.

Kept records are too expensive for us not to get rewards when we win them when it's on can we please fix this as a matter of urgency.

Presumably the player isnt inundated with pop ups about unclaimed rewards, so out of curiosity how do you clear your pending rewards if you do not have pop ups to accept?

that was given to me by gm spoom after the first failure. It didn't suddenly work from the crate. I always accept rewards as they come the reward screen is a huge block on my screen and I need to be able to see. This is def still bugged and has occurred a second time. edited to add you'll notice that the reward does NOT have macabre steps despite me having a kept record heroic II running when Herrezk was killed

Yes, I've been in multiple groups that have done this and they get no rewards. We just assumed that was part of the mechanic if you applied The Kept Record after the chest dropped.

It is intended that only bosses killed while the effect is active count towards the different loot tables, so killing a boss and then applying The Kept Record means your boss kill count is still zero.

That being said, we did identify that there is an issue where players in this state are given no loot, that is not intended. They should receive the same base table you would receive if you killed the boss without The Kept Record active. This should be corrected in the next possible hotfix or patch.

In this scenario the next boss killed would count as boss kill 1 for the purposes of The Kept Record tracking.
