hello ttobey,
we where kicked out of our old home the original forum, and we lost a lot of people.
And somebody tried to drown us in a submarine, throw us out of a dirigible and run our busses into a lake, after trying to blow us all up.

"New" relative to the "new" forums here; I went through the same thing, and I'd been on various Fora for this game since the time it was BRIGHT NEON "ink" on pure black backgrounds. Oy, the eye-strain... X-P
I loved the parchment look of the Old Forums (the one after the Old-Old Forums), but this one...does some things better, I must admit.
If nothing else, I love the whole "you can now keep editing your PMs for as long as you can any other post in any other forum" bit. Uwk

Hey Tom Tobey, a guide told me you are the one designing these awesome cute animal mounts.
I love them and I would buy more of them if they were only available.
I missed getting the duck by one day after it had already been removed from vault and am regretting it every day
Could you please help make more of them available?

My favorite animal mount is the meatbeast with those tiny little wings and the giant udder.

Besides look and feel is there any house item that can help simulate jungle sounds? I know pet monkeys from DoF have that chattering monkey sounds. We have a couple fountains that have a gurgling water sound. Is there any more that can help with this specific jungly hum, insects buzzing, cicadas, occasional bird or other non spooky sounds? Random far away roar?
The one that really caught my eye was the duck which was in store about a month ago. I would love to see it back in store.
But perhaps there are even cooler ones. Is there a comprehensive list somewhere?

Hmm! Well, you'd think that if they could do the theme music for the various zones and put that somewhere on the 'Net, they could do the background noises for like The Feerrott or Kunzar...

I know of several "vanity" pets that make all SORTS of noises (...oy...), but I'm not sure if the house pets do, other than the monkeys. But you'd think something like a stork or whatever might floof its wings or make a kind of crackle-caw-grunt noise, and sufficient undergrowth might make it hard to figure out where the sound was coming from, uncertainty being a big thing in such circumstances.
