Fixed Internally Items still not converting after patch.

I have a couple of items as do others that still will not convert to CBOC. Is there a fix coming or should we pass on gear in the new raid zone moving forward if that slot has a current old piece converted to maintain min/max builds?

The two items of concern for me are below.

Ikal-tam's Hoop of the Pensive
Cloak of the Mirrored Sentry

For reference, the previously resolved closed thread didn't resolve all. Not trying to duplicate threads but it shows as resolved.

This fix will find its way into the game with the next hotfix or patch, whichever comes first.
