Is the Blessed Sapling house item still able to be quested/purchaced?

It can be purchased from the merchant Aldaelon Rootbed in Kelethin for 300 Defender's Medals. This lists the merchants: https://eq2.fandom.com/wiki/Blessed_Sapling

Looks like these merchants will also sell Defender's Medals for other types of currency as well.
