Holy Stampede II - Add Crit Bonus Group Buff

Holy Stampede adds just a bit of hate gain which is useless to a pally now that we can cap on hate mod. We also get some melee stats which are nice. However, in addition, many epic buffs such as the Shadowknight's, gives potency to the group. Since Paladin acts as the Shadowknight counterpart, can we add a crit bonus element similar to the potency for Shadowknights epic buff? Perhaps 1,000 or 2,000 Crit Bonus so it equates and gives it to the group?

This would be good but perhaps maybe a alternative would be give a non bleedthru ward or perhaps take the dmg regen from mars favor and apply it to the epic as a group or raid buff where they heal for a % of the dmg they take would be a very nice perk to a pally

While I think this would be neat, it might be better as a separate buff like an additional effect on Sigil rather than on the epic. Right now though, most of the time there isn't much use in % based heals in today's encounters since every heal like prayer of healing is a full heal anyway. Non bleedthrough ward might also be nice but I don't think we should move to outheal the healers more than we do already in my opinion.

Shamans should have this thing, not Paladin. A paladin needs the means to bind mobs on himself for a short time.

No, no they don't. You need to learn to use your tools better. Nothing so far requires a target lock this expansion. Target locks don't even work to bypass the requirements of any "must target fighter" mechanics, so you STILL need to gain agro, which a Paladin does better than nearly any other tank because of Amends.

On a devil's advocate to this post, is cb needed to make paladin viable?
Paladins already heal, ward, and hold agro better then all the other tanks. Do they need a quadruple threat? Rather than giving them dps utility, id rather give paladins a cure curse this is not affected by ready up, but works on brew and illy reset, would help make more actual dps in the raid.
Edit: illy reset rather than I'll reset

I think threat is not the issue I am trying to fix in the equation. SK gives massive amounts of potency group buffs while paladin does not have the same effect thus making SK basically a requirement. In order to balance the equation, yes I do think it is needed to make them viable.
