ability still only increases potency by 20 to 41 potency. while we are at 1.4 to 1.5 million potency now the 20 to 41 potency doesnt hold up to the current state of the game. the potency should be increased or should be made to award a true % increase to potency. the damage doesnt hold up well either but if we had an % increase to potency which would cause a spike the damage may not need to be adjusted or only minor changes it.
