Fire Seed.

There is currently no point in upgrading Fire seed from apprentice as the buff element (10.1 Fervor) and the damage remains the same. This spell should have scaling buff and damage on spell quality. Some Fervor OC wouldn't go amiss either so that its always useful and not just situational.

Would actually like to see Conflagration get upgraded (being that's what gives the buff to fireseed) Or Just allow it to scale with Tier of Fireseed.

You are correct. Conflagration needs a boost of fervor and fervor OC
Fire seed needs its damage to scale with spell quality

Which means we should ask for Conflagration to be upgraded instead of Fireseed, since it's over writing the spell anyway.
