The brigand can boost damage better than a dirge with potency boost alone. Dirge feels very useless to increasing damage of scouts these days. Add more Potency to Battle Cry. Are we not supposed to be the utility class? Brigand Dps is far better then a dirges.

so when your assassin is with a healer that boosts you what 100 fervor/80 FOC, healer thats boosts your potency VS a mystic that gives you CB/CBOC and a templar that gives you nothing.Dps drops 50% when my sin is in group with dirge Mystic coercer Templar Guardian vs group with coercer brigand Defiler ranger and fury.
NO kidding your assassin will do better. Now add a dirge to the defiler/fury/group and he will parse better lol

What game are you playing? Every class is dependent on a solid group build to function properly. Your Assassin/Warlock/Beastlord are not functioning as they should without the right group set-up, and 2/3 of those need you and the other needs your Bardic sibling.50% is a large solid drop and no class should be that dependent on group makeup to function properly.
