Ball fo Fire should be insta cast and have effectiveness increased by 100% over current stats/tooltip at all levels. In general Wizards are hindered by overall spell damage hitting for less than direct damage as well as Cruelly & Unusually looooooooong cast times on everything compared to Warlocks and Necromancers or being outdone on burst damage by Pets of pet classes like Conjurors.
