Caith stated in the first “Dispatch“ Thread that an updated post need to be submitted for votes. I am submitting below as the official / unofficial Dispatch request. Credit goes primarily to Auxic for the actual analytics and request development.
Request that dispatch base value be increased to 14025 (1250% Increase). This would put dispatch back as a prime ability for the class with a debuff of roughly 2-4% based on the mitigations we have. Every level up going forward add 100BV per a level. So if a new expansion upgrades 5 levels. Add 500 BV, and the numbers don't look too bad for scaling. However we will never know until new mit numbers come out around that time.
At celestial based on Caiths information in the other “Dispatch“ thread, the guessed damage increase would be about 100-150%.

We also request an increase of the ability dispatch damage values by 400%. The damage output seems low and currently does about 6T in total damage. Rake does 2 hits, and 1 hit alone does 8T. This increase would put damage to about an average hit of 22T in total damage for dispatch. See Chart.
