“Decreases Potency of target encounter by X.X%” needs to be doubled or tripled. 10% reduction in potency for the target encounter would make this debuff useful.

The buff given to group members from the AA “Increases Str and Agi of group members” needs to be changed to “Increases all base attributes of group members by XXXXX” Number can stay the same but a 10-15% bump would also be nice.

They won’t double it but what they could do is add the line like they did to the dirges that says it is a percent decrease. If they just change the number to 30 it will literally only change to 30, not 30 percent. So if it current look t says 6.6 and you say a 15% bump it would bump it to reduces by 14 then it’s literally only 14. So the ask from caith would be to say reduce by 6.6 and then below it add the line that it is a decrease by percent based.
