This aa currently only gives 0.8 ability doublecast per point for a max of 6.4 ability double cast. This needs to be updated to something like 5 ability doublecast per point for a max of 40 abdc which definitely makes this way more wanted as a pickable aa when you have abdc avoidance going up on bosses +120 in some cases and would offer a nice source to fill the gap.
