Conflagration:
Fire Seed increases the damage and healing of the target by 10.1.
• Fire Seed deals increased damage.
If possible, can we revisit this? Adding Fervor and Fervor over cap and possibly increasing the damage from the proc itself (Could make the increases based on the tier of Fireseed itself) Would bring this more up to times with current spells/buffs that are provided. Currently with Conflagration modifying/overwriting Fireseed, there isn't a need to increase the tier of the base spell.
