In Progress Census isn't updating for some toons since expac

For some toons everything is working correctly, for others it is not.

I am also not seeing my toons update their census data, and getting the following error in eq2u. No changes since xpack have made it to census, not equipped gear, or achievements, etc.

Edit - ive left and rejoined several guilds to test this, and it doesn't fix it.

i dont believe this is an error with eq2u website, since we use several tools other than eq2u to pull this data, and they are not showing any updates either

Well, all I know is it is showing updated achievements for my characters. It seems weird that the data would not pull for some but would pull for others if it was an issue on Daybreak side. Maybe it needs to have servers listed to maybe see if this is a certain server that is being affected. Mine is Maj'Dul and seems to be working.

Looks like Mysstie on Maj'Dul hasn't updated since 2024-11-23 14:46:36 as it doesn't have my updated stats and stuff.

Two of my characters -- Ombrette and Allumette -- have been hit with the census freeze, with no updates since Nov. 20/Nov 21, respectively. Oddly (or maybe not, who knows), another character on that same account (Fauvette) is unaffected.

My characters on Halls of Fate aren't updating for the new expansion.

Abaluk on Thurgadin doesn't update. Baluka and Bakalu are looking fine (they haven't started SoD questline yet, but got equip passed down from Abaluk, which is updated).

My profile hasn't updated since launch on Eq2u for Keey or Keylonis

Question for those who say their stuff is not updating. Have you went to your character page ( C default) and clicked on the tab called EQII Share and made sure the check box is clicked to share information with the EQ2Players?

yep, double checked that it was still selected
