Could some thought be given to updating the old epic spell Assassin's Flurry?

As is it increases the caster flurry by 19.5 which when it was introduced was an incredible amount of flurry boost to the player at level 80. Now that we are 130 and still climbing the ability needs attention.

  1. Increase flurry to +50 Flurry
    1. Add Flurry Multiplier
  2. Greatly increase Proc damage to current content damage.
  3. Replace Crit Chance Component with Crit Bonus Over Cap (+ 200 CBOC etc)
These small changes will at least bring it a little closer to being useful again :)
