Cut arteries has 0% damage increase on all ranks.

Intoxication does 0%

Excessive bleeding - 0.2% increase is worthless compared to runes which increase by 3-5%.

Frontload should increase fervor and overcap.

Multi attack, flurry, etc etc has no damage and is not even viable in this expansion, so all the AA's that include it need to be changed to viable effects example: exacting, honed reflexes, vicious stabbing, bewilderment, Surrounding attacks. or just make auto attacks actually deal relevant dps.

Predatory stamina does not scale with level.

Fatal Combination's damage output especially for a 1 - 2 1 -2 combo is negligible.

Exploit weakness, used to be amazing, now it deals around 2-3% on the parse sheet. ( if your incredibly lucky and have it trigger 80% of the time )

The Enhanced Noxious Enfeeblement is a pointless DoT.

Swift Wings in Dragon Tree needs to scale appropriately to content. We currently have around 200K primary attributes. 10 points is less than 1/4th of a single piece of gear.

Chained Claws does Not scale appropriately. we have 1.4M Potency. it gives 3 per increment.
Dragon Claws needs to scale appropriately, maybe include fervor overcap as most people are capped.

No damage Poisons that are even remotely relevant in any way shape or form, so can poison mastery be changed to CA or make new poisons for crafting which are relevant.
