Arena Endurance, Stamina Warrior AA Endline could use a buff

this AA has been a great idea, but in practice......consuming less power, i like that....but the tiny heal you get is not useful in current content.

what about buff that triggers with stacks that increase group hit points? the more stacks the more HP! would be super fun!

I love this idea, and keys into the HP meta currently active on TLEs as well. It also is still within the Warrior class identity for handing out Stamina to group members.
