Amazing Reflexes - reduce base cast speed of Vital Strike, Gut Rip, Perforated Strike and Forced Arbitration

When AR procs it will reduce the base cast time of Vital Strike, Gut Rip, Perforate and Forced Arbitration by 75%

Forced Arbitration base casting time goes from 3.6 seconds to 0.9 seconds
Vital Strike base casting time goes from 3 seconds to 0.75 seconds
Perforate base casting time goes from 2.5 seconds to 0.625 seconds
Gut Rip base casting time goes from 2.5 seconds to 0.625 seconds

This change:

- Increases brigand's dps which is long overdue

- Gives a level of skill in watching when AR procs and holding off on those long spells until it does.

- Makes the positional requirements gripes less of an issue as the main problem with that is the fact that the cast speed is so long that if the mob spins during the cast time it's a lot of wasted dps time.

It's also very much in keeping with the name of the spell...

Got to agree with all these changes above as they are either awkward to hit or to slow to cast. Overall the brig needs reuse (Recasting) I feel like half the time I'm waiting for a spell to come back up or I'm casting a long spell. Would like to see a added 25% temporary reuse reduction proc on Amazing reflexes to help with the reuse (Proc 20% chance to reduce reuse on all spells listed above on a combat hit). This will also make the brig pump out a little more DPS that they have needed for a long time

I agree with the this thread, however would that take about 2hrs of dev time based off of the previous thread?
4 Abilities = 30min per an ability x 4 abilities = 2 hours?

If so would it just be possible to copy and paste the "Bristlebane's Hymn" script into AR to apply to all abilities?

Allow the strike through % to remain the same or a boost it if coding allows to which would be the variable that can increase by level to effect the base casting speed?

A Customized look
Example:
Apprentice - 5%
Journeyman - 10%
Expert - 15%
Master - 20%
Grandmaster -25%
Ancient - 35%
Celestial - 40%

Would this save time?

If this cant be done, how about replication or copy of the assassin AA ability script using the lower percentage for base recovery? Could that code be duplicated into the ability?

Just some ideas.

I would like to see this happen. I dont know if its possible though.
It would be nice. It doesnt look as though much dev time is being used on Brigand in voting. It could be a bigger investment of their time here for the class depending on what needs to be done. Hopefully copy and paste, if not the ROI would fix alot of the dps overall as all the low dps hits would be cast more often.

I feel it would be more fun with faster casts/recovery by having it be half the speed of an assassin with smaller dps attacks.

Either way I am okay with the abilities above, just trying to find smarter way to do more than 4.
