Act of War X - level 128

This spell used to be a good damage group buff but never got improved ( similar group damage buffs received some upgrades at lvl 100 & 110 )

Here a quick comparison with Instinct ( warden ) and Divine Inspiration ( paladin ) :

I propose to increase the value of Act of War X by 5-8x to keep it relevant versus similar spells.
