AA: Psychic Trauma needs damage increase

This aa spell could use about a 125% increase in damage to make this on par with most other spells damage and be worth the points to invest in taking it

Its a shared Chanter ability. It needs to be tuned in damage, maybe even increase the trigger chance by a few percentages, but if the two chanters in any way needs to be buffing and outputting about the same, Illusionist needs work in a lot of other places too.
