This aa doesn't make much sense as at 4/5 pts it gives 128% chance to cast brain drain spell to the illy pet and over 300% at 5pts. The spell itself brain drain needs a drastic damage buff as it parses far below any other illy pet spell or ability the illy has. Id say just add maybe a 30 effectiveness increase per pt to brain drain for each point invested as the damage it does drastically needs buffing
